Wyatt Corman joined Kerrigan Advisors in 2023 as Vice President of Consulting Services. Leveraging seven years of public accounting audit and mergers & acquisition transaction advisory experience, Wyatt brings a high level of professionalism and experience to the firm’s sell-side advisory and consulting client services.
Wyatt manages the adjusted earnings process for our transaction clients and works closely with the firm’s leaders on strategic consulting for large growing groups. Wyatt began his career in public accounting and worked his way from an audit staff associate to a transaction advisory manager at a Southern California accounting firm that was ultimately acquired by WithumSmith+Brown, a national public accounting firm with a dedicated dealership practice. At Withum, Wyatt led both buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements for mid-market companies across various industries and discovered his passion for technical innovation, data analytics & visualization, training and mentorship.
Wyatt is a California Certified Public Accountant, and holds AICPA certifications in data analytics modeling, data visualization and forecasting & predictive analytics. Wyatt received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, and his Masters of Accounting from the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California.
